Inflation: International: Key Economic Indicators

Inflation: International: Harmonised Index of Comsumer Prices data on international inflation rates.

UK inflation, as measured by the CPI, was 2.4% in the year to September 2018, down from 2.7% in August. It was 3.0% in September 2017.

EU inflation was 2.2% in September 2018, unchanged from 2.2% in August but up from 1.8% in September 2017.

In Germany, inflation was 2.2% in September, up from 1.9% in August; in France it was 2.5% in September, down from 2.6% in August.
